When should I use this?
We recommend sending this email before your next statement cycle, so customers are aware of Rewards before they see M-Coin appear.
You can send this email:
Before or after enabling Rewards.
As long as it’s sent before the next monthly statement.
This helps reduce confusion and follow-up questions when Rewards first appear.

What’s new
Every time you pay our invoices through Marmalade, you are rewarded with M-Coin, which can be claimed and converted into Qantas or Velocity Points via the Rewards portal, when it suits you.
Rewards are earned as M-Coin, which can be claimed and converted into Qantas or Velocity Points when it suits you.
You’ll earn 1 M-Coin for every $1 paid through Marmalade.
What this means for you
Rewards for free. You're receiving rewards at no cost to you, with no hidden fees or obligations, for every invoice you pay us through Marmalade.
Pay the same way you do today. M-Coin is rewarded automatically, with no change to how or when you pay.
Earn however you pay. M-Coin applies across both bank transfers and credit card payments.
Choose between Qantas Business Rewards or Virgin Australia Business Flyer. You’re never locked into a single program — select Qantas or Velocity Points each time you convert.
Qantas Business Rewards fee waived for new members. Customers can join either program through the Rewards portal, with no Qantas Business Rewards joining fee for Marmalade customers.
Claiming your M-Coin
Claiming the M-Coin* you've received is optional. When you're ready, claim your M-Coin and convert to Qantas or Velocity via the Marmalade Rewards portal.
To claim and convert:
Sign up to Marmalade Rewards .
Choose between Qantas Business Rewards or Virgin Australia Business Flyer at the time of conversion.
Convert M-Coin to Qantas or Velocity Points.
*Conditions apply. To claim M-Coin and convert it into rewards, customers must use a compatible accounting platform (Xero, MYOB, or QuickBooks), verify their relationship to the business, and be a Qantas Business Rewards or Virgin Australia Business Flyer member.
Customers who are not members can join either program through the Rewards portal. The Qantas Business Rewards joining fee will be waived for Marmalade customers.
Do I need to do anything?
No. You don’t need to do anything to receive M-Coin. It’s rewarded automatically and will appear in your next monthly statement email.
Only customers who choose to convert M-Coin into Qantas or Velocity Points will need to sign up to Marmalade Rewards.
