When should I use this?
We recommend sending this email before your next statement cycle, so customers are aware of Rewards before they see M-Coin appear.

We’re now offering you rewards on your invoice payments, with no changes to how you work or pay us.
What’s new
Every time you pay our invoices through Marmalade, you can now earn rewards — with the ability to convert them into Qantas or Velocity Points through Marmalade Rewards.
Rewards are earned as M-Coin, which can be claimed and converted into points when it suits you.
You’ll earn 1 M-Coin for every $1 paid through Marmalade.
What this means for you
Earn rewards for free. You earn rewards at no cost to you, with no hidden fees or obligations, for every invoice you pay us through Marmalade.
Pay the same way you do today. M-Coin is earned automatically, with no change to how or when you pay.
Earn however you pay. M-Coin applies across both bank transfers and card payments.
Choose your airline program. You’re never locked into a single airline — select Qantas or Virgin each time you convert.
No Qantas Rewards sign-up fee. The usual Qantas Rewards joining fee is waived for you.
Claiming your M-Coin
Claiming your M-Coin is optional. When you’re ready, you can claim and convert M-Coin into your preferred airline points via the Marmalade Rewards portal.
To claim and convert:
Sign up to Marmalade Rewards
Choose your preferred airline points program at the time of conversion
Convert M-Coin to Qantas or Velocity Points
Do I need to do anything?
No. You don’t need to do anything to earn M-Coin. It’s earned automatically and will appear on your next monthly statement.
Only customers who choose to convert M-Coin into airline points will need to sign up to Marmalade Rewards.
