When and how does data sync occur? 

Marmalade syncs data when you first connect to Xero and then automatically based on specific actions (e.g: creating a new invoice) and time based (periodically we will update and refresh data).

 

What information in my Xero file does Marmalade have access to?

Marmalade only has access to your accounts receivable data which is used to determine the eligibility and the Cash-in fee for invoices eligible to be cashed-in.
