Pausing Statement for a Customer

Pausing statements for specific customers allows you to tailor communication based on their unique invoicing preferences. This personalised approach can help build stronger, more trusted relationships with your customers by honouring how and when they prefer to receive statements. 

Please note: Enabling statements is a prerequisite for cash-in, and therefore, pausing a statement will make the customer's invoice ineligible for cash-in.


Follow these steps to remove or add statement recipients.

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click on Customers

  1. Select View Details for the relevant customer

  1. Scroll down to the Statements section, and switch off the Send Status option

  1. Tick the cash-in condition, and select Confirm, to pause the delivery of monthly statements for the customer


And just like that, in a few simple steps, you’ve tailored your invoicing preferences and excluded specific customers—ensuring your statements are sent only to the right recipients.
