Pausing a Statement to a Customer

Pausing statements for specific customers allows you to tailor communication based on their needs. It helps reduce unnecessary statement forwarding, align with invoicing preferences, and strengthen your relationships with your customers. Please note: enabling statements is a requirement of cash-in, and therefore, pausing a statement will result in the customer's invoice being ineligible for cash-in.


Follow these steps to remove or add statement recipients.

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Click on Customers

  1. Select View Details for the relevant customer

  1. Scroll down to the Statements section, and switch off the Send Status option

  1. Tick the cash-in condition, and select Confirm, to pause the delivery of monthly statements for the customer


And there you go, in just a few steps, you’ve excluded specific customers to maximise the percentage of invoices eligible for cash-in, while ensuring your statements reach the right customers.
