[Draft] Updating MYOB Email Template

To make it quick and easy for your customers to pay, every MYOB invoice email should include a link to your Marmalade payment page.

Note: Marmalade currently works with MYOB Online only. If you’re using MYOB Desktop, our Customer Success team is here to guide you through a smooth transition to MYOB Online.


Step 1: Log in to MYOB

  1. Log in to your MYOB account.

  2. Click your Business Name in the top-right corner.

  3. Select Sales Settings from the dropdown menu.
     

 

Step 2: Open the Email Defaults Tab

In Sales Settings, click the Email Defaults tab.

 

Step 3: Update the Default Invoice Email

  1. Locate the Default invoice email section.

  2. Paste the text from your Marmalade Welcome Email into the text field. This includes your unique Marmalade payment link.

 

Step 4: Save Your Changes

Once the text is added, click Save to apply the changes.

 

Step 5: Navigate to Reminders Tab

 

Step 6: Click on the Reminders Settings button 

 

Step 7: Deselect Send Invoice Reminders

 

Your MYOB invoice emails now include your Marmalade payment link, making it simple for customers to pay each invoice.
