How can we help?

The Marmalade Dashboard

The Marmalade Dashboard consists of 5 Key Pages being:

  1. The Dashboard
  2. The Cash-in Page
  3. The Invoices Page
  4. The Payments Page
  5. The Customers Page

Each of these pages have been designed to ensure you have maximum visibility and control over your invoicing and payments.

1. The Dashboard

The Dashboard provides you with either the 4 Steps to Setup if you're still getting started or a summary of your Status and unpaid invoices once your account is setup.

For more information on the 4 Steps to Setup, refer to this article.

For more information on the Marmalade Status, refer to this article.

For more information on unpaid invoices availability, refer to 2. The Cash-in Page below.

2. The Cash-in Page

The cash-in page provides you with a summary of all of your unpaid invoices categorising them into one of the following 4 statuses:

  1. Available Now: These invoices are available for cash-in, and you can instantly turn them into cash
  2. Conditionally Available: These invoices can be made available by completing the missing contact information or reissuing the invoice with Marmalade
  3. Not Available: These invoices are not available for cash-in due to the total fee exceeding Marmalade’s threshold of 4.99%
  4. Cashed-in: These invoices have been cashed-in, and while they will be marked as paid in your accounting platform, they are still payable by your customer

The invoices in the first four tabs should add to the total value of unpaid invoices in your accounting platform.

For more information on this, refer to our Cash-in Availability article.

3. The Invoices Page

The invoices page details all of the invoices in your accounting platform since its connection to Marmalade.
