The first component that’s essential to reach the maximum rewards level in Marmalade is issuing invoices with Marmalade.
This means that to reach our top tier of Platinum, when invoices are approved/issued to your customer they MUST have Marmalade’s payment details on them. If they don’t then these invoices will be deemed to be non-Marmalade invoices and will limit the tier you’re able to achieve.
Ensure Marmalade’s details are the default:
To ensure that invoices are issued with Marmalade’s details we strongly recommend making sure that the Marmalade Bank details are set to be the default in your accounting platform.
Follow the steps below to ensure this is the case depending on your accounting platform:

Ensure your team is aware of Marmalade:
As Marmalade is a new system that you’re introducing into the business it’s important that individuals responsible for invoicing are aware of it and understand how it works, including the importance of invoices being issued with the new Marmalade payment details.
Ensure your Advisor is aware of Marmalade:
As Marmalade is not your standard business transaction account your invoices may be appearing to be issued incorrectly to your Accountant or Advisor.
Therefore we recommend letting your accountant or advisor know that you’re using Marmalade and that all future invoices and payments should be going through the Marmalade account
